they charge me for a forklift and they did,t bring one and i did try to contact them to atang the unloading no response so they contact me from china and todl they gonna charge stocharge fee or i have to except the delivery and pay the fee for the forklit and no choice

Apologized to make you uncomfortable for this deal cause of the extra forklift charge.
We indicated this point to you before made this deal, right? it may need your forklift to unload it from truck.
And we also provided some forklift renting service for you to choose, you could hire a forklift by your side, right?
And you have my word, the forklift cost you paid to us were 100% paid to shipping company, we don't have any margin inside. USA logistic company charged us.
